Curious how they report customers on the tech side. I hear Noto talk about implementations taking quarters - does that mean a customer isn’t reported to the street until their project goes live? I work for a tech firm and afaik we report customers when they sign.(6-9 month implementation not uncommon)
Dug up the quote “We're not expecting to win 100% of those deals, but we feel like we can win our fair share. Those deals will take longer to not only sign up, but to also implement. And so the contribution for that is quarters, not months, after they're announced”. I would expect the revenue to show up immediately but maybe there is a lag on the user side?
